Are you picking the chocolate chips out of a chocolate chip cookie? I’ve seen it happen in person. Not pretty. Are you blotting the grease off a slice of pizza? Why? Are you scrapping frosting off a cake just to feel better? Please don’t! Like I mentioned before, WASTING mental energy and obsessing over things is not healthy and holding you back. You CAN make it stop!
